4.  FUNDRAISING ANNOUNCEMENT GUIDELINES

IMPORTANT

THIS IS A REMINDER ABOUT OUR GUIDELINES FOR FUNDRAISING
ANNOUNCEMENTS

SORRY – NO EXCEPTIONS

For those requesting an Announcement to be forwarded:

1.  You must e-mail your request no later than the end of the day
     on the Friday preceding the next week.

2.  Each Monday (following the preceding Friday), your fundraiser
     announcement will be e-mailed to the ICDP master list of emails.

          Example:  Due at ICDP on a Friday (4th of mo.)
                             ICDP will forward on Monday (7th of mo.)

3.  Please forward your requests directly to the ICDP at:
     icdp@sbcglobal.net

4.  Sorry, but we will not be able to forward "Reminders" of the
     "Fundraising Announcements".

5.  Sorry, at this time, we are unable to forward "attachments".
     As a result, all information must be listed in the body of the
     email.

6.  Please make sure that all information is provided -  Day,
     Date, Time, Name of Host(s), Location, Expected Donation,
     Name of Candidate's Committee.
